The Huntington's Disease Society of America wants you to be aware of and participate in a survey that Lundbeck is conducting in conjunction with Kelton Research, a national public opinion research company. The results of the survey will be provided to HDSA to be used in the continued improvement and design of our Program Services. The data will also be used to raise public awareness of the daily challenges facing a family affected by HD.
